Sit back and relax while our crew cook your BBQ on the Lady Grace for you. As this is our very own in house catering, we are very flexible, if you would prefer another option just let our office know your special requirements when ordering.
STANDARD BBQ MENU - BBQ $29.00 PER PERSON

Scotch fillet steak plus pair of gourmet style sausages plus Bread Roll
OPTION TWO
Scotch fillet steak and a Chicken Kebab plus bread roll
OPTION FOUR
Marinated Chicken Breast with a beef kebab or chicken kebab plus roll

Potato Salad
A warm salad of potatoes, red onion, chives, bacon with a creamy dressing.
Garden Green Salad
A luscious combination of snow peas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce, served traditionally with an Italian dressing.
Greek Salad
Lustrous black olives, fetta cheese and tomatoes, glistening in an olive oil and fresh oregano dressing.
Pasta Salad
Tender pasta with sun dried tomatoes, feta and spinach leaves in a zesty vinaigrette.

If you would only like to order some platters and not the full BBQ then a minimum number of 4 platters is required.
Meat-antipasto platter
Select cuts of cold meats, mixed olives, bread sticks, cheeses, sun dried tomatoes

Pineapple, kiwifruit, strawberries,water melon, rock melon & honeydew melon (some fruits will be seasonal)

A selection of gourmet cheesese, crackers, almonds & dried fruit

Local Whole Prawn platter
Fresh cooked cold WA prawns served with lemon wedges. Perfect accompaniment to any boat charter
