Fishing Charters

With all our fishing charters we supply a complimentary , morning tea and sausage sizzle lunch and there is tea coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. If you are hiring the boat for your own exclusive charter, please feel free to bring your own additional BBQ food and we can add that to your sausage sizzle and have the crew cook it for you.

Or we can arrange extra catering to include, gourmet sausages, scotch fillet steak, sauces, bread rolls, potato salad and garden salad. We also supply plates, cutlery, napkins etc our friendly crew will cook for you on the back deck.

MENU ONE MINIMUM ORDER 20  - $35.00 pp

 LARGE PARTY PLATTER  Boccincini, olives, cheese, sliced meats, dips and crackers all beautifully displayed on a party platter

 LARGE CHICKEN YAKITORI PLATTER  An authentic Japanese recipe, delicate chicken bites, marinated in soy, sherry and garlic, grilled just before serving ( this will be BBQ on board during your cruise).

 COCONUT PRAWNS WITH MANGO SAUCE Market –Fresh prawns, coated in shredded coconut, deep-feed served hot and crunchy in a tantalising sauce.

 MINI SPRING ROLLS  Simple and delicious mini spring rolls. Vegetarian. Can be served with tomato sauce or a sweet Thai chill sauce

 MINI QUICHES  Mini size quiches baked fresh in an assortment of flavours.

 NUTTY BEEF SATAYS G rilled morsels of marinated prime rump steak, skewered with tomato, onions and capsicum.

Menu One above caters for 20 person, we have more menus for you to order from when you party is between 20-70 persons, the canapes will be chosen from the following. please ask us to email you the specific.

 MARINATED CALAMARI PLATTER Shallow-fried squid, marinated in lemon an set off perfectly with a tangy tartare sauce and sprigs of fresh parsley

 MEATBALL PLATTER ITALIAN STYLE  Minced lean beef mixed with a secret blend of Italian herbs and served with a fragrant tomato sauce.

 VEGETARIAN MINI ARANCINO – BABY SIZE  Finger food sized mouth-watering spiced traditional sauce, enfolded in mozzarella cheese, coated with rice and freshly fried – a legendary dish.

 SUSHI  Authentic Japanese cuisine at its freshest

 CURRY PUFFS Fresh and hot, with the mouth-watering aroma of curry and chilli , these homemade puffs will be popular

 SPICED FISH NIBBLES Deep fried, delectable balls of fresh fish, breadcrumbs and spices served hot and drizzled with lemon

 SMOKED SALMON AND CAMEMBERT PUFFS A fitting temptation for the educated palate, paradise in a puff, served warm with lime and dill

CLUB SANDWICHES  Classic Sandwiches filled with a selection of fillings

 COOKED PRAWN PLATTER  Pinky succulent fresh prawns  - finger food from the sea

 All finger food is prepared and cooked off site and is delivered to the boat 15 minutes prior to your charter.  Hot food is served hot and the cold food is served cold.  With the exception of the Chicken Yakitori which will be cooked on board during your function. Normally, all platters are placed on a table on the back deck, for your guests to serve themselves.  If waitresses are required , we can arrange at an extra charge. All orders to be confirmed with Michelle at least 14 days prior to your event. All Paper plates, Plastic knives and forks , Napkins,  Plastic wine glasses are supplied.

 

 

 







 

BBQ CATERING– $29.00 PER PERSON minimum order 16

We have found our BBQ catering the most popular choice for our charter customers.

  As this is our very own in house catering, we are very flexible if you would prefer another option such as chicken fillet, chicken kebabs, lamb chops or we can even organise some prawns to throw on the BBQ if you would prefer.   Just let our office know your special requirements when ordering.

 Cubed Potato with Sour Cream    A warm salad of fried potatoes and onions, stirred in sour cream and sprinkled with a little red paprika.   

Garden Green Salad   A luscious combination of snow peas, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce,  served traditionally with

Greek Salad  Lustrous black olives, fetta cheese and tomatoes, glistening  in an olive oil and fresh oregano dressing.        

Rotini Salad    Tender noodles, tomato wedges, with segments of mandarin and diced celery tossed in a luscious blend of mustard, yoghurt and fresh chives.
