FREMANTLE FISHING CHARTERS

All customers on board our licensed fishing charter boat the Lady Grace are exempt from the new Recreational Fishing Boat Licences (RFBL). As we have already paid for your licence, which is included in our annual Fishing Licence to the Department of Fisheries.

Receipt of a deposit or payment from each individual is considered as acknowledgement and consent to the terms and conditions supplied by Apache Charters.

FREMANTLE DAY FISHING TRIPS - INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
• Full payment is required when booking your charter, in some cases the booking can be held for 48 hours in order for client to arrange payment. This is at the discretion of Apache Charters. Failure to remit payment will render your booking cancelled and clients will need to rebook.

• All prices includes GST.

• All clients booked on a Fremantle fishing day trip will be contacted the day before the charter at around 4.30pm to 5.30pm to reconfirm departure details once the skipper has checked the weather conditions and has confirmed the charter has met the minimum passenger requirements.

• If Apache Charters cancels the charter due to unfavourable weather conditions or minimum passengers requirements are not met, the charter will be rescheduled for the next available date. No refunds are given. If the client cannot be rescheduled to another date, the client will receive a voucher which can be used in the following season.

• Apache Charters reserves the right to cancel any charter depending on weather conditions, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstance. No refunds

• Apache Charters conducts charters in remote areas. The nature of these charters in some circumstances mean passengers may face some physical discomfort and even danger. In the cases Apache Charters expects all passengers to understand and appreciate the risks involved, and be prepared to accept those risks. Naturally Apache Charters undertake to provide every possible precaution and to take all due care, but ultimately all responsibility for illness, accident or death, or any property damage or loss, lies with the passenger. Apache Charters is unable to accept any responsibility for any action on behalf of any other carrier that may result in passengers failing to meet the conditions set down in booking conditions

• Seasickness – We do not provide seasickness tablets on board the vessel. We do recommend that clients bring along their own tablets and take them according to the medication directions. We cannot be responsible for seasickness issues and cannot refund if you are seasick.

(PRIVATE CHARTER)

If the weather is not suitable for a full day of deep sea fishing, then the skipper will advise a suitable revised itinerary for the day. No refunds given on whole boat charters.

SWAN RIVER CRUISE, ROTTNEST AND CARNAC ISLAND BOAT CHARTER

Receipt of a deposit or payment is considered as acknowledgement and consent to the terms and conditions supplied by Apache Charters.

50% deposit is required when booking your charter, in some cases the booking can be held for 72 hours in order for client to arrange payment. This is at the discretion of Apache Charters. Failure to remit payment will render your booking cancelled and clients will need to rebook. For our corporate clients that may require more time to raise funds through their finance department, please discuss with our Apache Charters team when booking.

All prices includes GST.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to the charter.

No refunds given on all charters cancelled 90 days prior to charter. If client cancels before 90 days a refund will be given less a $500 administration fee.

Apache Charters reserves the right to cancel any charter depending on weather conditions, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstance. No refunds given, the charter will be rescheduled for another time.

If the weather is not suitable for a full day at Rottnest , then the skipper will advise a suitable revised itinerary for the day.

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS – DEPOSITS

$500 per person deposit within 7 days of booking your charter.

If clients require more time to pay their deposit, please contact the Apache office on 0893392432 as we may be able to arrange extra time. However all bookings are not secured until the full deposit is paid.

Balance payable 60 days prior to charter date.

Failure to remit deposit payment will render your booking cancelled and clients will need to rebook.

For our corporate clients that may require more time to raise funds through their finance department, please discuss with our Apache Charters team when booking.

WHOLE BOAT CHARTERS MINIMUM 10 PERSONS - DEPOSITS

Whole boat bookings which require a minimum of 10 persons to book the whole charter require a $5000 deposit which is $500 each for 10 persons. Bookings are only confirmed once the full deposit has been paid. Whole boat charters have 14 days to remit full deposit.
Failure to remit deposit within in 14 days will render your booking cancelled and clients will need to rebook. However if you need extra time, please call the office 0893392432 as we may be able to offer you an extension.

Full payment is required 60 days prior to charter. If in the event you book for a private whole boat charter and 60 days prior to your charter date, one or more of your group cancel , the remaining group must still pay the 10 person rate.

If 90 days before your charter, one or more of your group cancel, please contact Apache Charters 0893392432 to see if Apache can book other people on your charter so you are not liable for the 10 person minimum payment. We will do our best to assist wherever possible. Apache will charge an administration fee of $250.00 to cover additional admin and advertising costs.

Each charter organiser will be responsible for ensuring that each member of his/her party receives a copy of the terms and conditions and itinerary information.

Refunds
Deposits are not refundable at any stage for any reason for all live aboard charters.

If you cancel your charter 90 days before the charter, refunds will be given on monies paid less the $500 per person deposit paid. An administration fee of $500.00 will also be deducted.

Apache Charters reserves the right to cancel any charter depending on weather conditions, breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstance. No refunds. All charters will be rescheduled within a 12 month time frame. We do suggest you take out Travel insurance when booking your holiday.

Fishing Rules and Regulations are as per the Western Australian Department of Fisheries and may be subject to change without notice.

Apache Charters is not liable for lost or damaged baggage and personal effects. Please ensure you take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and medical cover.

ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR DEPOSIT
Once we have received your deposit a confirmation will be emailed to you and as/when we receive further instalments, clients will be emailed an updated payment received list.
